Just 35 minutes from Mérida, Telchac combines the tranquility of the coast with easy access to the city, offering a setting where warm waters, natural beauty, water activities, local cuisine, and peaceful surroundings come together.

Designed as a contemporary expression of coastal living, BOGA places residents directly in contact with the sea while surrounding them with carefully considered architecture, landscaping, and hospitality-inspired amenities.
